QUALITY POLICY OF
“RAS 1” LTD
• "RAS 1" Ltd. is a customer-oriented company, responding to
the requirements and
expectations of its customers. Ensuring a balanced correlation
between the needs of
the customers, and those of the other interested parties, is a
fundamental principle in
determining the philosophy and strategy of the company.
• The Management of the company creates atmosphere which ensures
understanding and
implementation of its policy by the personnel at all levels.
Setting a vision for the future in
clear and measurable goals and motivating the employees to
participate in achieving the
goals, promotes a sense of responsibility and commitment in the
implementation of the
company policy.
• The active, motivated and competent employees are an important
factor in setting and
achieving the goals, as well as in improving and implementing
the policy of the Company.
The employees’ sense of belonging and commitment is a
prerequisite for improving the
image of the company in front of customers and society.
• The continuous improvement of services, processes and systems
by using regular
assessments according established criteria (the compliance
standard ISO 9001:2008,
the IMS documents, the legal documents related to processes and
services) is a major
company policy. Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of
the activities, and identifying
measures to improve qualification, are an important element of

improvement.
