The Management of "RAS 1" Ltd. realizes that the implementation of clear policy for
protection of the environment and human health, supported by all members of the personnel,
as well as identifying measures for the continuous improvement of the environment, is a basis
for improving the image and the better attitude towards the company by customers, society
and authorities.

With a view to the above said, the Management applies the following Environmental Policy
in carrying out its activity:

1. Carrying out preventive activity in order to avoid errors / prevention of environmental
pollution.
2. Continuous evaluation at all levels - materials used, raw materials, energy, water,
emissions, waste and their alternatives, which makes it possible to find ways for reducing
the impact of these processes on the environment and bring them to the necessary and
required limits. Continuous improvement of the Management System and its effectiveness,
in relation to the environment.
3. The overall assessment of the carried out services, materials and energy used, their
impact on the environment, expressed through energy consumption, emission of harmful
compounds and waste, is an important stage of the measures for improving the reliability of
the produced items and the continuous improvement of the level of the technologies used.
4. Maintaining compliance with the requirements of the legislation and all organizations,
the relevant requirements of which have been adopted by the company, is an essential
policy issue of "RAS 1" Ltd.
5. To adequately meet the requirements for environment, quality and market, the
team must correctly understand the policy of the Management and accept the tasks
and responsibilities, motivated to contribute effectively to the continuous process of
development and improvement. For this purpose, an effective training system, covering all
staff members, has to be maintained. The special processes require high qualification and
attention, and because of this their daily maintenance is a primary task.
6. Each team member should have clearly defined responsibilities and authority to create
an atmosphere, which promotes the development of the initiative and purposefulness of the
efforts for improvement and success.
7. In order to achieve the set objectives, all possible efforts shall be used to timely provide
the necessary resources from all legitimate sources.
8. This Policy is open for the public, as all intentions and objectives of "RAS 1" Ltd. are
declared in it.

The Management of "RAS 1" Ltd. is convinced that by following the fundamental principles
of the environmental policy, the company will respond to the needs of all interested parties
through implementation of the objectives under this policy, namely:

• improving the efficient use of energy, materials and raw materials;
• effectively managing the emissions in the air, and soil pollution within legal regulations;
• managing the waste from production activities;

• reducing to the minimum pollution with waste from the company activity in accordance
with the company program.

The Management of “RAS 1” Ltd. undertakes to maintain effective and efficient environmental
management system on the company’s sites. The company will continuously evaluate the
management system and will take measures to constantly improve it.
